New Civic Center on 1378 and Brown

Approved by voters during the 2005 bond program, the $41.5 million complex includes a 45,737 sq. ft. City Hall, 47,159 sq. ft. Recreation Center and 43,934 sq. ft. Library. Estimated construction time is twenty-two months with a completion date of late October 2010.
